Yes. When reserving your time slot, simply input the total number of players of your party, including yourself.

Pay and Play: A unique 4-digit access code will be automatically emailed to you upon completing your online booking.
Memberships: Create your own 4-digit access code instantly. Please message or email us at info@teed-up.co.uk to activate this. Your assigned code provides access to both entry doors.

Yes, we provide separate both male and female restrooms, including wash basins which are conveniently located within the simulator building.

Yes, we have a comfortable seating area located just inside the facility’s first main door.

Yes you can, we only ask that you refrain from placing any food or drink on the hitting mat or near the computer equipment to protect our simulator technology.

Ages 16–18: Entry is permitted with prior parental consent sent via email to info@teed-up.co.uk before the booking is made.
Ages 2–15: Must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Ages 18+: You are fully eligible to book and play.

Please wear what you want, we simply ask that you wear clean footwear (No muddy shoes or trainers).

We are open from 07:30 to 21:30 daily, which includes all weekends and bank holidays.

No, we provide specific golf balls required for optimal simulator performance. We also provide the appropriate golf tees for the system.

Yes you will need to bring with you your own set of clubs to play on the golf simulator.

While the bay can accommodate several guests, we recommend a maximum of 4 players for a comfortable pace of play and enjoyable experience within a standard one-hour booking.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time. Refund requests for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking must be submitted via email to info@teed-up.co.uk. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be processed at the discretion of Teed-Up. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced session time with no adjustment to fees.

No, our membership operates on a rolling monthly contract. You are only committed month-to-month and have the flexibility to cancel at any time before your next payment due date. The renewal/cancellation date is based on the date of your initial sign-up the previous month.
